Now Hiring: Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator
Location: Remote
This is a remote position; however, candidates must available to attend occasional in-person meetings, training sessions, and team gatherings in Seattle.
Reports To: Head of Operations
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Occasional weekend check-ins may be required to monitor urgent customer inquiries, order issues, or fulfillment needs.

Position Summary
Green Juju is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator to support our growing business. This role combines hands-on order management with exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring online orders, coordinating with fulfillment partners, tracking and resolving order exceptions, and serving as a trusted resource for customers seeking product recommendations, feeding guidance, and order support. The goal of this role is to ensure a seamless customer experience from product selection through order delivery.
We are looking for a unicorn who is just as excited about accurate order management as they are about pet nutrition. The ideal candidate enjoys the day-to-day details of processing orders, tracking shipments, and solving logistical challenges, while also serving as a trusted resource for customers seeking feeding guidance and product recommendations.
We are a small, growing company where team members wear multiple hats. The ideal candidate is comfortable shifting priorities, helping where needed, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilites
Customer Service
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with order status, tracking information, returns, exchanges, product questions, and other service-related requests.
- Resolve customer concerns, shipping issues, and order discrepancies while representing the Green Juju brand.
- Maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach when handling customer complaints or challenging situations.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Order Management
- Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, order management, or customer service platforms is preferred.
- Track and resolve shipping delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, and other order exceptions.
- Process and manage online consumer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions.
Communication & Team Support
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure customer inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain organized records of customer communications and support activities.
- Communicate recurring customer concerns or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with related customer service and order management projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, administrative support, or a related role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive).
- Experience with e-commerce, order management, or customer service platforms is preferred.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Compensation
- Starting at $65,000 salary annually, depending on experience
