Unfortunately we are not able to ship Frozen items Alaska & Hawaii.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday by 12pm PST: Processed within 1-2 days.
• Orders placed Wednesday after 12pm PST through Sunday: Processed on Monday.
• Most items ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted.
• Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

• Freeze-dried food typically arrives within 2–3 days.
• Frozen food ships early in the week via 2-day air or ground to avoid weekend delays. Please products are not guaranteed to arrive frozen.

• At checkout, the transit time for your order is the time our shipping provider takes to deliver your package. It is NOT our processing time. Orders usually get shipped within 1-2 business days.
