Finally.. Great food
Great quality food, easy to feed both of my small dogs. Green Juju is the best food I have found that does NOT cause stomach distress for my pug.
Great!
My dog is enjoying the goat recipe. It’s the thing she goes to in her bowl. For a dog with allergies, that is a goat protein to mix in and been able to use the freeze dried recipe as a step into the frozen goat recipe.
Dog Food
Unfortunately, after 2 servings of the Green JuJu Goat, my dog turned her nose up. I don't know if the batch was rancid, but she won't eat it. I am very disappointed the product wasn't shipped with ice.

Great Company/Food, But
Those of us who like the GreenJuJu company are those who want to feed our dogs pure, grass fed, carnivore food without grain or legume fillers, without synthetic vitamins or unnatural forms of minerals. However, without any filler ingredients, goat heart and liver make up the bulk of this formula and that means that it almost certainly contains way too much copper. Too much copper is very unhealthy over time. This formula is therefore only suitable to feed intermittently or as a topper over a food that is low in copper. I can't find the copper levels on this website but regardless, the package needs a warning.
Green Juju
Thank you so much for the feedback! Our foods contain similar amounts of copper to other raw diets on the market. Also, there is no correlation between higher amounts of copper that come from food and negative health outcomes. There is potentially a correlation between the form of synthetic copper that AAFCO switched to in 2007, but even that isn't clear. Currently, any information that connects the two is just conjecture. We are very aware of this and other situations regarding key nutrients and our formulas. They are complete and balanced and great to feed every day!
My dog loves goat!
Well, with all his allergies my awesome English Springer Spaniel’s treats are about 90% Green Juju! He really loves Goat Purple. For awhile he was sick and didn’t want to eat - disturbing since he has a very high food drive. Green Juju to the rescue! When I sprinkled Goat Purple on top of his meal, he was willing to eat! Woohoo! What a relief! Thank you so much! He also likes rabbit bites but loves your bison liver trainers/treats.
